On May 22, 2024, Venerable Jue Fang interviewed Caroline Ong at Barrie Street, East Killara, for the State Library of New South Wales Oral History Collection and Nan Tien Temple's 30th Anniversary Oral History Project. Caroline Ong, a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), currently holds a significant role in a financial services institution as the head of risk compliance and governance. With over two decades of experience in the industry, including a tenure at PwC, Caroline has made substantial contributions to her field. In addition to her professional endeavours, she has been a dedicated volunteer at Nan Tien Temple and the Buddha's Light International Association (BLIA) for over 25 years, currently serving as the elder advisor for the North-One Subchapter of the Sydney BLIA.
During the interview, Caroline discussed her deep involvement with the Nan Tien Temple in Wollongong and BLIA Sydney, highlighting her contributions to significant events such as the Buddha's Birthday Celebrations and the Triple Platform Ordination.
